Responsibility and innovation go hand in hand at Sutter.

As a founding supporter of the Robotics Foundation at the Work-Life Robotics Institute of Offenburg University, we are committed to developing practical and sustainable solutions in cobotics and robotics. The foundation aims to build a strong expert network for small and medium-sized enterprises and to inspire young people to engage with STEM subjects and robotics.

The Work-Life Robotics Institute focuses on researching and developing economically viable and transferable robotic applications for industrial environments. At the intersection of humans and robotics, application-oriented research enables effective interaction within socio-technological systems.

Key research areas include lean-oriented industrial and collaborative robotics, additively manufactured components, and care robotics. Whether in manufacturing or future healthcare applications, human-centered automation is a driving force for progress.
