On April 3, 2025, Sutter welcomed four participants to its Girls' Day program. Elena, Lia, Medina, and Mila gained first-hand insights into the profession of industrial mechanic and explored career opportunities within medical technology through practical activities and personal exchanges.

Girls' Day gives female students the opportunity to explore professions that have traditionally been chosen less often by women. At Sutter, the focus was on the occupation of an industrial mechanic.
