Focus on recruitment: New campaign launched for our production department

With fresh motifs, new formats, and broad regional coverage, our new recruitment campaign for manufacturing has been launched. The focus is on our own colleagues—photographed authentically in the modern production facility in Emmendingen. They show their faces for Sutter and make it clear what sets us apart as an employer in the region.

Faces from Emmendingen: Our production department shows what it can do

The motifs are used in many places: whether it's perimeter advertising at local sports clubs, digital advertising spaces in hardware stores and supermarkets, fence banners, flyers, or soon also in the displays of Emmendingen city buses – we are visible wherever potential new colleagues are on the move. The aim is to specifically target people from the region who are interested in meaningful work in medical technology.

Another component of our strategy is our collaboration with one of Germany's largest social media recruiting agencies. Through data-driven campaigns, we actively target both active and passive candidates where they are digitally active – for example, on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. The focus is clearly on directly addressing our manufacturing areas, such as assembly, warehousing, or prefabrication.
