For the sixth time, FOCUS, in collaboration with its research partner FactField GmbH, has published the list of the best employers among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Germany. The study analyzed more than 338,000 employee evaluations and supplemented them with online reviews of over 35,000 SMEs.
Sutter Medizintechnik is among the companies recognized in this study as particularly attractive employers. The evaluation is based on feedback from employees and provides important insights into topics such as the work environment, corporate culture, and employee satisfaction.
A Year of Change at the Emmendingen Site
The year 2022 was marked by significant changes for Sutter Medizintechnik. The relocation of the company’s headquarters from Freiburg to Emmendingen represented an important step forward. At the same time, new processes and structures were introduced.
