Carolin Schweikert has been working at Sutter for 5 years. During her apprenticeship program, she learned about the different departments at Sutter. Today, as part of the Customer Service team, she supports our customers in Europe and worldwide.

My tasks at Sutter ...

... include coordinating and administrating orders, customs clearance and repair management. Furthermore, as part of the production planning, I check the current stocks and schedule work orders accordingly. Due to the many different activities, my daily work routine offers me a lot of variety.

 

 

What I find most exciting in my job ...

... is the cooperation with our customers. We always try to implement our customers' wishes in the best possible way. Moreover, I love facing new challenges every day. Together with my team colleagues, we find suitable solutions for any kind of issue.
