The ability to contribute to the future of a mid-sized company: This is what Carsten E. appreciates in his job at Sutter. Besides his position as head of Customer Service, he is responsible for internal IT support and administers the key figures and data in our ERP system. Together with colleagues from the production and logistics departments, he implements LEAN intralogistics solutions for our new headquarters in Emmendingen.

What I enjoy most in my job ...
Whether it’s about coordinating tasks within the team, weekly meetings with the LEAN logistics team, reporting at shopfloor meetings or various IT topics – collaborating with my work colleagues is fun and there are always new things to learn.

At Sutter, I appreciate ...
... the opportunities to contribute to the future of a mid-sized company. With the new company headquarters in Emmendingen, for instance, there will be a completely new infrastructure. In the beginning of my time at Sutter, the decision for a new building was just taken. Today, we are in the middle of the construction phase and in preparation for the move with optimized processes. More and more, the many puzzle pieces are coming together to form the big picture. I’m looking forward to it!
