Bert Sutter has been voted President of wvib Schwarzwald AG (Association of Industry in Baden e.V.)

Congrats, Mr. President! Celebrations are in order as we proudly announce that our CEO, Bert Sutter, has been voted President of wvib Schwarzwald AG (Association of Industry in Baden e.V.), an association of companies with a total of more than 300,000 employees.

As the new wvib President, succeeding Thomas Burger of Burger Group, Bert Sutter delivered a passionate address to approximately 500 guests at the Konzerthaus Freiburg. In his inaugural speech, he underscored the dual significance of the association's motto, "Making people in companies more effective." Addressing issues such as the shortage of skilled workers and the need for technology transfer, Bert Sutter called for collaborative efforts to promote the industry in schools and universities. He is poised to be the industry's spokesperson in society, emphasizing the crucial role of freedom in entrepreneurial endeavors. 

His commitment extends beyond Sutter Medizintechnik, bringing profound passion for the Southwestern industry to his new role. Recognizing the association's remarkable contributions, he eagerly anticipates shaping its future alongside members, employees, Advisory Board, Executive Board, and CEO Dr. Christoph Münzer.
