Sutter Medizintechnik Wins MobilSiegel 2023!

We're proud to share that we have been awarded the prestigious "MobilSiegel 2023 - Climate-Friendly Commuting" trophy for our dedication to sustainable mobility. For this award, VAG joined forces with the districts of Emmendingen and Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald on behalf of the city of Freiburg and invited institutions, facilities, and companies in the region to participate.

Sutter Medizintechnik's initiatives for this year's award include financial incentives for employees embracing eco-friendly commuting through programs like JobRad and electric JobRollers, as well as demo events. We've also introduced secure bike garages and electric charging stations for both customers and staff. To encourage biking, we've set up a bike repair station that you can use at the reception and provided spacious changing rooms with modern showers and lockers. And, as a part of our company fleet, we've adopted an electric vehicle.

Incidentally, the trophy itself is a machined piece of streetcar track profile made by VAG trainees: Symbolically a genuine piece of "Freiburg mobility".
