Tom and Alexander have started their industrial mechanic apprenticeship at Sutter Medizintechnik. Learn more about the 2025 apprenticeship start and apprenticeship opportunities for 2026.

At the start of the 2025 apprenticeship year, Sutter Medizintechnik welcomes two new apprentices in the field of industrial mechanics. Tom and Alexander are joining the team as motivated young talents. Both had already become familiar with the company through internships and made a conscious decision to begin their apprenticeship at Sutter.
With the 2025 apprenticeship cohort, Sutter Medizintechnik continues its commitment to developing young technical talent. Tom and Alexander are starting their apprenticeship as industrial mechanics and will gain insights into different areas, processes and practical tasks within the company over the coming years.
For Sutter, apprenticeship training is an important part of long-term skills development. By combining practical learning with professional qualification, apprentices gain experience in a modern industrial working environment within the field of medical technology.

From Internship to Apprenticeship at Sutter
Both new apprentices had already gained first-hand experience at Sutter before starting their apprenticeship. Their internships helped them get to know the company, the working environment and the people they would later work with.
Alexander, in particular, is already very familiar with Sutter. As part of his mandatory internship for the successful completion of the one-year vocational school program in metal technology, he spent several months at the company. During this time, he got to know not only the trainers, but also the existing apprenticeship team.
For him, starting the apprenticeship almost feels like coming home to a familiar environment.

Learning, Growing and Working on Projects Together
Our Head of Training Franziska Beck, together with apprentices Henry, Nikolai, Elisaweta and Emilie, is looking forward to welcoming the new team members.
The apprenticeship focuses on professional development, practical experience and teamwork. Together, the apprentices will work on different projects, build new skills and actively shape their learning journey.
Team spirit, hands-on experience and continuous learning are important elements of everyday apprenticeship life at Sutter.

Sutter Medizintechnik wishes Tom and Alexander a successful start, many valuable experiences and an enjoyable apprenticeship journey.
